Kastel Hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a tranquil lakeside setting, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The new building we stayed in, though smaller, boasted brand new, comfy rooms with modern amenities like cable TV and heating.The staff's warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home, creating a welcoming atmosphere where we felt more like visiting friends than guests. The director even gave us a tour, showcasing the new gym, sauna, and upcoming pool, enhancing our stay with thoughtful gestures.The picturesque park surrounding the hotel, coupled with the nearby Zobnatica Lake, added a touch of serenity to our romantic getaway. The opportunity to explore the hotel's traditions dating back to 1779 and its horse-themed attractions further enriched our experience.Although we missed the chance to enjoy the on-site horse haras and hippodrome, the free Wi-Fi throughout the property ensured we remained connected. The grounds, playfield, and beautiful lake encouraged a sense of exploration, promising a relaxing retreat in a secure, remote location.Kastel Hotel's serene ambiance, combined with its attentive staff and picturesque surroundings, provided the ideal backdrop for a romantic escape.
